End the bad habits

I’ve been in some what of down I feel insane I kinda sometimes find myself comparing my current life to my ex’s and why you must ask cause a part of me feels he’s skipping and laughing at me saying ahaha you still haven’t gotten it right nonetheless.Im in a good spot but currently I’m unmotivated both with my self and professionally I’m like in a water mood and I must snap out of it😭😭

My current bad habits are

Comparing myself to everything around me

Negative self talk

Eating junk

Spending loads of money

Feeling fearful

Thinking I don’t deserve things

Little motivation

Being on a excessive YouTube drive

Consuming to much social media

Overworking myself

Little alone time

Fearful

Help help ,help me balance out these bad habits and guide me towards a good balance and well being
